If your goal is Wodapalooza, online qualifiers, Fittest of the Coast, or getting as far as you can go in the process, this program is for you. 

• 5 Sessions/week
• Approx. 1 hrs to 90 minute sessions
• Periodized to peak at specific competition cycles
• All programming through TrueCoach
• Video check-in monthly as requested
• Unlimited messaging
